125th anniversary: Residents and families enjoy celebratory afternoon concert

A packed audience of residents from across the care services and their families enjoyed a lively afternoon concert organised as part of the 125 anniversary week celebrations.

Held in the giant tipi erected on the bowling green for the celebratory week, the event featured a performance by acclaimed singer-songwriter Alistair Griffin and Ignite Concerts.

The programme featured a crowd-pleasing mix of British classics and timeless hits and as people left they received one of the 125 cupcakes that had been baked to mark the occasion.
