A range of service packages are offered that remove the main household chores and provide maximum flexibility and choice for residents. Meals, housekeeping, laundry, use of the Health & Wellbeing Centre and all leisure facilities, maintenance and transport are all included. Help is also provided with the moving-in process, both planning and physically moving furniture and belongings
Peace of mind
All apartments are fitted with security call points and residents may wear a neck pendant if they wish. A team of friendly Personal Assistants is on hand providing the reassurance of 24-hour support
Personalised support plan
An Individual Care Plan is drawn up to ensure every resident can be as independent as they wish. An NHS GP surgery is on the doorstep and transport is provided for medical and dental appointments
Friendly community
Enjoy the company of others in the light-filled Middleton Grove lounge, where morning coffee and tea are served each day, and take part in the regular group sessions organised by our team of Wellbeing coordinators
