Celebrating learning, growth & success at Middleton Hall

We recently came together at the Middleton Hall Restaurant for a very special afternoon tea to celebrate the amazing achievements and qualifications earned across our co-owner community over the past few years. From our care team to our estates team, every individual’s journey was recognised, and it was truly inspiring to see how proud and supportive our teams were of each other’s achievements.

We were delighted to welcome Vision Training, our long-standing training partner of more than 15 years, who joined us to share the benefits of training, explain the career pathways available, and highlight the support they provide throughout learning and development.

Everyone also received a special celebration booklet, showcasing the qualifications achieved by our amazing team. From Level 2 Diplomas to advanced leadership qualifications, the booklet recognises the dedication, compassion, and perseverance that embody our PROUD values, and how our team can inspire others in learning and development.

A particular highlight was seeing Vicki, our Middleton Grove Lead Personal Assistant receive Vision Training’s prestigious “Employers Choice Award” – chosen from entrants across all the organisations they work with. This was in very special recognition, of not only her dedication to her course, but also the positive contribution she’s made to life at Middleton Hall along the way.

At Middleton Hall, we’re proud that learning never stops. We invest in our people with regular training, mentoring, and the time to develop, so they feel confident and ready to make a real difference every day. As our Training Manager, Audra Hunt, explains, “In social care, continuous learning and career development aren’t just professional goals – they’re essential to delivering compassionate, informed, and effective support to those who need it most”

A huge congratulations to everyone who’s worked so hard to achieve these results, you inspire us every day!
