Co-owners have starring role in new recruitment videos

Co-owners are helping to spread the word about the benefits of working as part of Middleton Hall Retirement Village’s employee owned business in a series of specially commissioned short films.

The videos, made by Middlesbrough-based video production company Wander Films, feature interviews with members of Middleton Hall’s residential care, memory care and support services teams.

Co-owners were invited to speak to the camera about their jobs, why they do them and what they find rewarding about their role.

Nicola Angus, a Senior Support worker in Middleton Oaks explains: “The best thing about my job is caring for people and the joy you get from seeing them happy when you put on parties and help them do things they enjoy.

She added: “Middleton Hall is like a five-star luxury hotel for residents. It is the best!”

The films are being released across Middleton Hall’s career-focused social media feeds on Facebook and Instagram
