Getting festive fit in December

Our Middleton Spa team are challenging residents and their families, Co-owners and Middleton Spa members to get festive fit with a series of goals throughout December.

A good fitness regime will help you to stay on track during the festive season, but the best way to stay in shape is to combine regular exercise with a balanced diet. The festive season would be nothing without a few delicious indulgences but be sure to also incorporate plenty of nutrients into your festive meals!

See the PDFs below for two versions of the festive fit calendar, the first is aimed at residents (both care and independent), or if you’d like more of a challenge, please use the second PDF…why not tick each day off as you go?
