January Fitness Challenge

Join the Middleton Hall Spa team in January for the Active Minutes Challenge.

We are encouraging Residents, their families/friends, Spa Members and Co-Owners to help Middleton Hall reach a target of 50,000 active minutes in January. This challenge will promote wellness by encouraging everyone to move more.

50,000 minutes is the combined target for all participating, whether it’s 10 minutes or 1 hour, everything you do additional to your daily routine will count towards our grand total! Participants must record the number of minutes they perform, each time they do some type of activity. This activity can be completed in any time frame you like throughout the week, however, it’s also recommended you take part in some form of activity each day, for instance going for a walk and don’t forget to make note, ready to tell the Middleton Spa team.

This challenge will run until the end of January and the total for the month will be announced shortly after the challenge has ended.

“THE HARDER THE WORKOUT, THE GREATER THE FEELING OF ACCOMPLISHMENT.”
