New home for our GP surgery neighbour

Our neighbouring GP surgery is now fully relocated and settled into its newly built premises just outside the Middleton Hall Retirement Village trade entrance driveway.

Along with a new building, the surgery also has a new name: Middleton and Dinsdale Medical Practice. The change of identity is designed to avoid the confusion that was often caused – with invoicing, payments and patient feedback – with the many other practices called St George’s across England.

Opening hours, GPs and staff remain the same, as does the phone number for the practice: Tel: 01325 332022.

The former email address and website are still active but will be changing to Email: nencidb-tv.middleton-dinsdale@nhs.net and Website: www.middleton-dinsdalemp.co.uk
