Our Care Services

We offer three tailored care services to suit different needs.
Residential care
Middleton Gardens and Middleton Court
Our residential care services are carefully tailored to suit individual needs. The modern, comfortable rooms feature en-suite facilities and some have patio doors opening onto the Middleton Hall gardens.
Residents receive support with personal care, mobility and daily living, whether they need gentle assistance or more complex care for conditions such as stroke recovery or neurological support. Our compassionate team ensures every resident feels safe, supported, and part of a friendly, caring community.
Weekly fees start from £1,639 (2025 rates).
Supported Living
Middleton Oaks
The three supported households in Middleton Oaks provide a home-from-home environment offering small-group living that is designed to help residents who may need gentle prompts and encouragement live as independently as possible. Many of those who benefit from this approach are living with dementia.
Each household accommodates eight people and is inspired by a Dutch model, creating a more personal, home-like experience. Residents receive the practical, nurturing support they need, with care tailored to each individual. The houses operate as open door facilities, allowing residents to enjoy the estate’s grounds and amenities in a way that we asses and agree is as safe as possible.
Weekly fees start from £1,712 (2025 rates).
Short Stays
Residential care
We offer short stay breaks in our residential care services. These can be used in different ways, such as for a holiday break, rest, recovery and rehabilitation, or as a trial period when considering longer term care.
This includes access to our Health and Wellbeing Centre, which includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym, along with personalised training from the experienced team to help rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.
