The Health & Wellbeing Centre is a central part of life at Middleton Hall Retirement Village, offering residents a high-quality swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and fitness studio designed for all levels of fitness. From independent training to guided sessions and group classes, the Centre supports an active and balanced lifestyle.

The Centre forms the cornerstone of Middleton Hall’s broader wellbeing offering, which also includes hairdressing, beauty and holistic treatments, chiropody, physiotherapy, creative and leisure activities, outdoor sports, a library and excursions to the local area.

Primarily for residents, a limited number of memberships of the Health & Wellbeing Centre are also available to non-residents.

Outdoor Sports & Pavilion

Staying active outdoors is made easier with the estate’s all-weather bowling green, boules pitch, golf pitch and putting green. Regular outdoor fitness activities and a variety of picturesque, accessible walks are right on the doorstep, while table tennis and darts are available in the sports pavilion.

Library & Art Studio

Middleton Hall’s light-filled art studio has its own pottery kiln. The timetable of art and ceramics classes are very popular with all residents. The well-stocked library provides a calm oasis and plenty of reading material for book-lovers.

Clubs, Activities & Trips

Regular trips to local attractions and shops, supported by friendly drivers, make it easy to get out and about. A full programme of activities and clubs – from bridge and book clubs to art sessions, singalongs, music, films and talks – offers opportunities to socialise, learn and enjoy life every day.
