Silver Swan Ballet visits Middleton Hall Retirement Village

Silver Swan Ballet, a branch of the Royal Academy of Dance, visited Middleton Hall Retirement Village to deliver their specifically designed classes to residents across the village. These classes aim to help increase energy levels, improve balance and bring a smile to the faces of residents.

Elaine from The Healthy Living Team assisted with the sessions and said “Residents expressed how much they had enjoyed the dance session and the music from Swan Lake. They were encouraged to remove their shoes to fully immerse themselves in the experience.”

Here is a gallery of pictures and a video taken across the care services of residents at the session.
