Valentine’s Day party

Residents in our Middleton Gardens care services were invited to a Valentine’s Day party with themed party food, drinks and decorations. The party was held in the Middleton Gardens Supported Living family living kitchen with residents invited down from Middleton Gardens Hotel Living. Anyone unable to attend was given a chocolate rose from the care teams.

Partygoers enjoyed singing songs and reminiscing as well as an entertaining performance of the Hokey Cokey by Middleton Hall carers.

Towards the end of the party Supported Living resident Roy stood and made a speech thanking the care teams for their effort in putting together the party.

“It’s lovely to get together,” he said. “The decorations are really quite stupendous and getting everybody here and providing all the food, was lovely. We’re really grateful.”

Helen Marsh, Middleton Gardens Deputy Manager, said: “It was lovely to bring the residents together and have a little party and reminisce over happy memories together.”
