125th anniversary: Challenge set to cycle 125 miles on exercise bikes!

Cycling 125 miles was the challenge set by our Health & Wellbeing team for all residents, Health & Wellbeing Centre members and Co-owners to mark the start of Middleton Hall’s 125th anniversary year celebrations.

A couple of exercise bikes were set up near Reception and a roster of keen cyclists embraced the challenge enthusiastically. Their efforts paid off handsomely and the required miles were clocked up within a few hours.

All participants took their ordeal by exercise bike in their stride and were smiling throughout!
