Creativity and community: celebrating arts in care homes

Residents at Middleton Hall are sharing their creative talents in an exhibition running from Monday 22nd to Wednesday 24th September, ahead of the National Day of Arts in Care Homes. The display, hosted in the restaurant, features paintings, needlework, ceramics, and other artistic works.

Curated by the village’s Wellbeing Co-ordinators, the exhibition highlights the role of creative activities in daily life, giving residents opportunities to express themselves and connect with others. Visitors can see firsthand how these activities are part of everyday life at Middleton Hall, bringing residents together and fostering a sense of community.
