An article about Middleton Hall Retirement Village’s Head Chef Ian de Hoedt has been featured in lifestyle publication, Living Magazine.
Ian has been part of the kitchen team at Middleton Hall since 2013 but, as the interview reveals, “Ian’s journey is all the more unusual as it is hardly a straightforward tale of catering college to commis chef to head chef.”
