New forest bathing seat enhances woodland walk experience

Residents can now enjoy an even more peaceful connection with nature thanks to a new forest bathing seat, recently installed along the woodland walk.

The bench was thoughtfully handcrafted by a skilled member of the Estates Team, with the aim of providing a dedicated space for reflection and calm. Forest bathing, which involves immersing oneself in the sights and sounds of the natural world, is known to reduce stress and improve wellbeing.

This new addition ensures residents have a quiet, welcoming spot to slow down and fully appreciate the restorative power of the woodland surroundings.
