Middleton Hall Retirement Village became employee owned in 2019. This provides a greater opportunity:

for Co-owners to make a difference and be involved with the future direction of the company
to protect and preserve a people-focused caring culture with clear values
to help communication and transparency, including knowledge about the performance of the company
to allow Co-owners to influence the benefits and rewards they receive

Our History

Our site dates back to the 19th Century

The first known history of Middleton Hall is of the Grade II listed building that now houses our reception and Orangery being built in 1820.
