Raising awareness of the impact of menopause in the workplace

We enjoyed a very engaging session with Miss Menopause, Sharon MacArthur, about the impact of menopause in the workplace.

It was an informative, fun and interactive afternoon as well as being very interesting about a powerful topic. Sharon was a great host and made the subject very accessible.

Sharon spelled out that the menopause is the last taboo. It’s an event that will affect 100% of women and, as our workforce ages and women are forced to work longer than ever before due to pension changes, she stressed how vital it is that this wellbeing subject is addressed.

The session was part of our partnership with Talk Works which educates, raises awareness and improves mental health and wellbeing for all.
