Mother’s Day at Middleton Hall Retirement Village

Co-owners made sure Mother’s Day was an occasion to remember at Middleton Hall Retirement Village with a variety of events across the village for residents to get involved with.

Independent residents were able to enjoy a special three course meal in The Orangery with friends and family whilst the Kitchen team also put together a special menu for the care services. Middleton Grove residents marked the day by welcoming family members into the Restaurant for lunch.

Across the services Co-owners arranged flowers and treats for residents whilst Middleton Gardens also remembered their mothers and experiences of being mums themselves.

Margaret, a Supported Living resident, wrote: “Our family was my mother’s number one priority. She worked hard and would go through hell, fire and water for us. My husband once told me that I was getting like my mum and I told him if I was half the woman she was he would be a lucky man. Her name was Anne.”
