Join us for a Wellbeing Workshop at our June Open House event

Another opportunity to find out more about independent retirement living is being offered by the award-winning Middleton Hall Retirement Village on Thursday 30 June 2022.

Following the success of the first of its 2022 series of monthly Open House events in May, the integrated retirement community in Middleton St George near Darlington has announced the details of a June date for prospective residents to visit and discover more about living in the village’s independent retirement properties.

Bookings are now being taken for an Open House event for independent retirement living on Thursday 30th June 2022 from 2pm until 6pm.

During the event an optional talk will take place from 2pm – 3pm with opportunities for guided tours of the independent retirement properties and the village’s extensive amenities between 3pm and 6pm.

The talk for June’s event is focused on wellbeing and visitors are invited to join an informal workshop led by Jerome Gordon, one of Middleton Hall Retirement Village’s Healthy Living team, pictured above. The accessible and practical session will include a guided meditation and some simple exercises to help maintain and support mobility.
